Footwear needs an assessment of both appearance and condition. Uppers, straps, footbeds and soles can use different materials, with different limits on cleaning and cosmetic restoration.

What the assessment establishes.
Cosmetic improvement does not establish that a damaged shoe is safe to wear. The team will explain which work can be offered after assessment. Sole or construction repairs must be confirmed separately.

Can sandals be recoloured?
Some footwear can be considered for colour work, depending on its material and finish. Our Birkenstock portfolio example shows a colour change, but it is not a promise that the same treatment suits every pair.
